Discover, Learn, and Thrive with the Be Well + Programme
Join Glasgow Life at the newly expanded Be Well + programme, designed to support, inspire, and empower you in your community. Through a blend of library inductions, digital skills training, adult learning workshops, financial guidance, and engaging community activities, you will gain valuable tools for everyday life.
Each session is a stepping stone to greater confidence, connection, and opportunity.
With tailored support and pathways into wider Glasgow Life services, Be Well offers more than just a programme, it opens doors to a healthier, more connected future.
17 June : Community Development – Common Good Workshop. Creative sessions in Drama, Writing, Singing & Percussion, Photography, Art & Design. Inspired by the Commonwealth Games 2026, we’ll explore Glasgow’s connections through art, music, stories & culture.
24 June: Glasgow Libraries. Have you always wondered what your local library has to offer but never had the time to find out? Drop in and enjoy a welcoming, introductory chat with a cup of tea/coffee led by your local library staff and discover a world of books, events, information, and resources all provided free through Glasgow Life Libraries.
1 July: Help with Technology. Need help with technology? We can show you how to use your phone, tablet, or computer, get online, send emails, fill in forms, and more. Come along for drop-in support or join short sessions to build your skills.
8 July: Re-Energise. A fun creative engagement programme for adult learners who want to improve their health and wellbeing improve confidence, meet others and just have fun by simply stepping back into learning in a fun interactive way.
15 July: Help with Benefits and Budgeting. Need help managing your money? We can guide you through claiming benefits online, finding better paid work, and organising your household budget. Come along for a drop-in chat and find out what support is available.
