Mum & Baby Fitness Class

FREE to all mums (dad/grand-parents/aunts etc) with pre-school aged children. We welcome babies, toddlers and those chatty pre-school kids.
You get to work out in our main gym area with our qualified fitness instructor whilst your little ones are taken care of in our segregated child care area. There is a LIVE feed TV in the little ones room so they can watch you exercise and join in running!
