Walk n Tone

Walk n Tone , every Tuesday at Barshaw Park. Meeting at the Community Garden in Barshaw Park at 10am . We walk around the park and incorporate strengthening and toning exercises into our session ,using the outdoor gym, resistance bands and body weight. Great fun class and we finish with tea/coffee and a blether in the community garden. Class is £5 payable on the day (cash).
