Life can be tough sometimes. Whether it’s work, kids, home life, money… it can pile up and get overwhelming.

Women are so resilient, but even the strongest of us need a break sometimes! That’s where Flourish comes in.

Flourish is a programme designed specifically for women who are trying to do it all and need a bit of encouragement on the way. We have ALL been there.

Sometimes you need a break and some additional support to get you through and that's what we're here to do.

Flourish will run in 2 hour sessions from 10am - 12pm over a 10-week period covering how we can lead in different areas that impact us all. Plus it includes a pamper week and free childcare.

The next group starts on Wednesday 14th August, though you are welcome to come and attend any of our sessions in this group.
