Arts & Minds Seedhill

RIG Arts will deliver 10 weekly mental health workshops for young people aged 12-18 in Seedhill Community art Space. Sessions are designed to improve lives for local young people through high quality arts intervention. A grant will support RIG Arts to increase wellbeing and strengthen social bonds by bringing together young people with shared experiences of mental health issues in a safe, fun and creative environment.
