Nordic
Our Nordic Walking sessions are on Thursday mornings at 10am meeting in the Community Garden. The sessions last between 45 minutes to an hour. Walking poles are supplied and also a hot refreshment after the walk.
Sessions are free, but a small donation yo Friends of Barshaw Park funds are always appreciated.
Wear warm layers sturdy footwear, and gloves
