t's that time of the week and lads, It’s time to talk. This group doesn't hide from mental health issues, they own them......for the greater good. They lay it all out there and in doing so they are helping the others who are struggling and maybe haven't yet found that what they need to share or open up.....yet.
Sharing our struggles doesn’t make us weak; it makes us stronger.
