Walk n Talk Barshaw Park

Walking class with strength, toning and balance incorporated. Using outdoor gym , resistance bands and fun games. Great for all ages and abilities. Great supportive and friendly group. Don't worry if you haven't exercise in a while, this is the class for you!
Tea, coffee and a blether in the community garden when we finish.
