The nights are getting darker now and so if there are any women on here that want to join a women’s running group on a Wednesday evening to feel the safety in numbers, you’re welcome to join our group!
7.30pm every Wednesday evening at Barshaw Park gates. It’s usually anything from 3.5km to 4km/5km and all abilities are welcome!
