Cowlairs Social & Wellbeing Group

A free new weekly Social and Wellbeing Group on Wednesday mornings, 10 - 12pm.

Activities will range from arts + crafts, to cooking and mindfulness, but there will always be a warm drink and a friendly face!

Who is this event for?

All are welcome - this group is intended for those 16 and over.
