Glasgow Club (Springburn) - Adult Disability Activity Day (Fridays)

Come along for the launch of a brand-new Adult Disability Activity Day at Glasgow Club Springburn, starting Friday 21st November.

This inclusive and energising programme is designed to bring movement, laughter, and friendship to adults with disabilities. Whether they’re already active or just curious to try something new, there’s something for everyone—and carers and support staff are warmly encouraged to join in.

All sessions will be free for the first two weeks (21st & 28th November). After that, sessions will be charged at £4.75 each, or free with ActivClub and FitClub memberships. Concessionary discounts are also available.

Activities include:
• Multi sport: 10.00am – 11.00am
• Circuits: 11.15am – 12.00pm
• Supported gym session: 12.30pm – 1.15pm
• Boccia: 1.15pm – 2.00pm
