Looking for support or a space to connect with other parents? Parent Network Scotland is running a free wellbeing toolkit course out of Possobilities.

Parent Network Scotland is an organisation by parents for parents who offer safe group space to relax, learn,s share and practice new tools to promote calm for you and your family.

Session starts Tuesday 21 April and runs for 4 weeks from 10-11:30am.

Sessions are aimed at parents/kinship carers and guardians.
