Men's Wellbeing Day

South Community Recovery Network and The Soul Shack (formerly New Rhythms for Glasgow) are running a day of free wellbeing activities for men from 11am - 3pm.

Activities include cold water therapy, sauna, meditation and more.

Hot food will be provided.
