Online Wellbeing Classes - Financial Wellbeing

This free online wellbeing session from Lifelink will help address the challenges that financial worries are causing for a lot of people at the moment.

The session will also look at a toolbox of techniques and strategies.

Who is this event for?

Free for residents living within a Glasgow City Council postcode.

Sessions from Lifelink are delivered within a group environment so you must be willing to participate in group exercises.

The course facilitators are extremely experienced however they are not trained counsellors and so are not able to offer individual therapeutic support.

The courses will be delivered via video sessions - further details on how to join the online sessions will be emailed prior to the date you have registered to attend.
